Returns & Exchanges

At ALIGNE, we want you to love every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure alternative, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
